St. John Fisher University Athletics Hall of Fame
Russ Brandon was a four-year starter for the St. John Fisher College baseball team. He finished his career with a .367 batting average and ranks as the club baseball program’s all-time leader in defensive assists. In his final two seasons, Brandon served as a team captain and led the Cardinals in doubles and stolen bases both years. The middle-infielder/pitcher also led Fisher in 1988 with a .378 batting average. At the time of induction, Brandon is the Vice-President/Business Development and Marketing for the Buffalo Bills. Brandon, who was also a four-year letterwinner in football at Fisher, is also a member of the Fisher Board of Trustees. Russ graduated from Fisher with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication/Management.
