As a sophomore, Osborne batted .484 and set the College-record for RBIs in a season, earning him a spot on the All-Region First Team.

In 2002, Osborne earned First Team ECAC Upstate honors, Empire 8’s First Team selection, and was a NCAA New York Region First Team selection. He led the Conference in batting average, slugging percentage, runs scored, RBIs, home runs, and triples, making him the obvious Empire 8 Player of the Year.

After his playing career was over, Osborne enlisted in the Marines from 2003-2007 and served two tours in Operation Iraqi Freedom with the TOW Platoon Second Tank Battalion. He currently resides in Okinawa Japan where he is a weapons and tactics expert, training Marines for deployment.
