Beth Buddendeck was the St. John Fisher College softball program’s all-time leader in wins with 43. At the time of her induction, she ranked second at Fisher in single-season wins with 16 and third in single-season strikeouts with 67. In 1987, Beth led Fisher to a 16-4 mark, pitching 119 of a possible 124 innings, guiding the Cardinals to their first NYSWCAA Championship, while earning All-Tournament honors. She finished her senior year with a 16-4 pitching record, a 2.76 earned run average and 57 strikeouts. As a junior, Beth compiled a 13-3 record, while maintaining a 1.37 ERA and a .394 batting average. As a freshman she went 6-8 on the mound, as Fisher finished its first season with a 7-8 record. Beth also played three seasons of women’s basketball at the College. Beth graduated from Fisher with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology.
