Sewruk helped lead the Cardinals to an 81-26 record during her career including two NCAA Division III Tournament appearances and a first-place finish in the ECAC Upstate New York Championship.  As a senior, Sewruk guided the Cardinals to the NCAA East Regional Finals for the first time since 1994 after defeating top-seeded SUNY Cortland, then the No. 5 team in the nation.

As a senior, Sewruk was named to the Empire 8 Second Team after leading the conference with 3.1 steals per game, while ranking second in field goal percentage at (48.9), fourth in points per game with (14.8) and eighth in rebounds per contest with (8.1).

The only player in Fisher history to be named the Chase Scholarship Tournament First-Team in three consecutive years, Sewruk appeared in 107 of 108 games in her career.  Sewruk was also inducted into the Wendy’s College Classic Hall of Fame.

She became the first player in Fisher history to record a triple-double after notching 13 points, 12 rebounds and 10 assists in her senior season and upon induction, still ranked in the program’s top ten with 237 steals.
