St. John Fisher University Athletics

Four-time All-Conference honoree, Amanda Herberger led St. John Fisher College to two of its best seasons in the softball program’s history. In 2006, she led the Empire 8 in wins, strikeouts and inning pitched as the Cardinals earned the ECAC Division III Upstate title for the first time since 1999.  
 
During her four-year career, Herberger compiled 30 wins in back-to-back seasons to total 70 victories. She threw 621.2 innings with 746 strikeouts and set the College’s single-season records for strikeouts. At the time, she held the top-four spots with 241, 237, 151 and 117.
 
Her illustrious career included pitching a perfect game as a sophomore and receiving numerous accolades. Herberger was a three-time All-Region selection, two-time Rochester Area College Athletics Player of the Year and the Most Outstanding Player in the ECAC Division III Upstate Championship.
