Bob Tuite excelled in the classroom and on the tennis court during his days at St. John Fisher College. He is a two-time National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics Academic All-American and during the 1979 and 1980 seasons, he was named NAIA District 31 singles and doubles champion. Bob was also the Private College Athletic Conference singles champion in 1980 and runner-up in 1979. He also reigned as PCAC doubles champion in 1980 and 1981. During his four-year tennis career, Bob compiled a career singles record of 42-16 and a doubles record of 28-17. Bob graduated from Fisher with a B.S. in Biology.
