2025: Played in 95 sets over 26 matches… set career-highs in kills (243) and attack percentage (.493)... had the third-highest attack percentage in Division III and by far the best single-season mark by a player in Fisher history… also had a career-high 55 digs… amassed 74 blocks, including a team-high 26 block solos… had 20 kills and hit .531 in a win over Stevenson on April 5… slammed 16 kills and hit .727 in a victory over MSOE on Jan. 25… also amassed 16 kills while hitting over .500 in a win over Hobart on March 14… earned Empire 8 weekly honors four times… garnered United Volleyball Conference (UVC) Player of the Week honors on Feb. 24… named to 2025 All-UVC First-Team… joined Josh Bigford and David Cerqua as the third American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) first-team All-American in Fisher history… earned AVCA All-Region II honors… selected to the All-Empire 8 first team.

2024: Played in 96 sets over 28 matches… slammed 189 kills while hitting .406, the fourth-highest attack percentage in the conference… amassed 252 points… had 48 digs and 91 total blocks, second most on the team… led Fisher with 78 block assists… slammed a season-high 14 kills and hit .542 in a win over Wittenberg on Jan. 12… had 13 kills while hitting .813 to go with seven blocks in a win over Roberts Wesleyan on Feb. 14… earned All-United Volleyball Conference second team honors… named to the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) All-Region II Team.

2023: Played in 104 sets across 30 matches... Named CSC Academic All-District... Named AVCA All-America Honorable Mention... Named to AVCA All-Region Team... Named to Empire 8 All-Conference First-Team... Named to UVC All-Conference Second-Team... Built on his strong second year recording career highs in 183 kills, 23 digs, 104.0 total blocks and 243.0 points.

2022: Named Second-Team All-Empire 8 ... Regarded as the Cardinals "Brick Wall," Stella led the team, and the UVC with a remarkable 99 blocks ... Stella's presence at the net helped the Cardinals be known as one of the best defenses in the country ... Appearing in 29 matches, the Churchville native also tallied 135 kills ... Had a career-high seven total blocks in the team's semi-final matchup victory against Vassar on April 9. 

2021: Appeared in 16 sets as a freshman ... Tallied a season-high seven kills and two service aces at Daemen on March 24 ... Combined for six kills and three blocks against Vassar on April 9. 

High School: Played on the varsity volleyball team for four years and was a member of the varsity basketball program for three seasons ... Named All-Greater Rochester twice for volleyball ... Named Player of the Year in Section V twice ... Helped lead Churchville-Chili to a pair of Sectional Championships.

Personal: Griffin is the son of Rodney and Lynne ... He is majoring in Mathematics.
