The St. John Fisher College men's cross country team placed 20th out of 24 schools at the University of Rochester Yellowjacket Invitational on Saturday at Genesee Valley Park.

Evan Magnussen led the Cardinals finishing in 109th place out of 333 runners with a time of 27:59.1, good for a 5:38 one-mile pace.

Yanko Panipinto completed the 8-kilometer race in 28:16.2 and finished in 118th overall.   Matt Herbert posted a time of 28:33.6, while freshman Sam Harbol finished in 29:26.5.

Sophomore Kevin Jablonski posted Fisher's fifth and final time and was in 134th place with a time of 29:42.0

The Cardinals will next compete on September 29th when they travel to Letchworth State Park for the Geneseo Invitational.
