LOGAN TOWNSHIP, N.J. – Junior Jace Stuart once again outdid himself as the St. John Fisher men's cross country team competed in the Rowan Border Battle 8k on Saturday at DREAM Park. 

Stuart placed 23rd out of well more than 300 Division III runners with a time of 25:14.20, besting his personal 8k record mark of 25:16.3, which he set last week in the Houghton Highlander Invite. His time on Saturday also marked the best ever by a Fisher runner on the Rowan course. 

Stuart has set a personal record and placed in the top 25 in each of the five races he's competed in this season. 

Additional Race Highlights

• Sophomore Connor Stanton recorded the 10th-best time ever by a Fisher runner on the course, finishing in 28:01.10. 

• Sophomore Landon Wertz (28:39.10), freshman Connor Levy (28:47.10), senior Ethan Morales (29:29:50) and Nathan Canale (29:37.30) also cracked Fisher's top-20 list for the Rowan course.
