2016-17: Clocked in a career high mile time of 4:50.62 while running at the RIT February Invitational ...  Notched a career high time of 4:23.78 in the 1500-meter at the Cardinal Classic.


High School: Ran indoor and outdoor track for five seasons ... Won overall league chamionship in senior season along with 4 x 800 realy in outdoor track in 2014 ... Won both sectional and league championships in 4 x 800  in indoor and outdoor track during senior season ... Also won the 4 x 800 championship in indoor track in 2012 ... Ran varsity cross country for five seasons ... Won league championship in 2011 and 2013 ...
