2020:  Competed in all 11 meets as a senior ... Broke the 5,000-meter program record with a time of 15:15.97 at the Boston University Valentine Invite ... Placed third in both 3,000-meter an 5,000-meter at the Empire 8 Indoor Championships ... Qualified for the Atlantic Regional Championships. 

2019: Posted a personal record at the RIT Early February Invitational in the 800 with a time of 2:09.88 ... Set another personal record in the mile at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational with a time of 4:30.11 ... Had a personal best in the 3000 meter at the Empire 8 Championships with a time of 8:59.97 ... Placed 2nd in the 5000 meter at the Empire 8 Championships with a time of 15:45.04 which would be a personal record.  

2018: Set a personal record in the 1500m at the Cardinal Classic 2018 with a time of 4:20.42 ... Placed first in the 5000m at Brockport Thursday Nigh Invite with a time of 16:35.37.

2017: Posted an 800-meter time of 2:10.80 while running at the RIT February Invitational ... Notched a mile time of 4:42.99 while competing at the Deneault Memorial 2017 ... During the outdoor season, he posted a 1500-meter time of 4:25.58 while running at the Cardinal Classic.
