2021: As a sophomore, competed in nine meets ... Recorded personal-best times in all of this year's sprinting events, including a PR 7.27 second 60-meter dash time that won him second place at the Empire 8 Indoor Championship ... Won two Empire 8 Indoor Individual Titles in the 200-meter dash and the 400-meter dash ... Competed in the 400-meter dash at the AARTFC Outdoor Championships where he placed sixth ... Named an All-Empire 8 honoree in five events between the indoor and outdoor seasons ... Recognized as the Empire 8 Track Athlete of the week on 4/12.

2020: Competed in all 11 meets as a freshman ... Part of the relay team that won the 4x400 at the Empire 8 Indoor Championships ... Placed second in 400-meters at the E8 Indoor Championships to earn two All-Conference honors ... Ran his fastest 200-meters while finishing third at the Conference Indoor Championships with a time of 22.90 seconds ... Posted a personal-best 7.34 seconds in the 60-meters at the RIT Invite. 

High School: Was a member of Webster's varsity track and field team from 2016-19 ... Named the team's Crazed Runner in 2018 ... All-Greater Rochester Honorable Mention in 2018 ... Named MVP and All-County in track and field as a senior.

Personal: The son of Anna and Don, Jonah is an Interactive Media major.
