2021: Ran in nine meets across the indoor and outdoor seasons ... recorded personal bests in the mile (at the Empire 8 Indoor Track & Field Championships) with a time of 4:39.28, the 1500-meter run (at the Empire 8 Outdoor Track & Field Championships) after finishing in 4:17.37, and in the 800-meter run (at the Redhawk Capstone Meet) as he finished in 1:59.73 ... was a member of the Cardinals' Empire 8 Champion 4x800 relay team that finished in 8:20.27 and that set a new program record in the event at the AARTFC Championship with a time of 8:00.26 ... Named to the Empire 8 Indoor & Outdoor Track & Field Second Team in the distance medley relay and named First-Team All Conference in the outdoor season for the 4x800 relay team. 

2020: Competed in nine meets ... Part of the Distance Medley Relay Team that finished third at the Empire 8 Indoor Championships ... Ran a personal-best 2:02.22 in the 800-meters at the Boston University Valentine Invite ... Earned his fastest time in the 400-meters with a 54.65 at the Brockport Invite ... Crossed the finish line in the mile at the Pioneer Invite in 4:45.93. 

2019: Ran his fastest 800m at the Empire 8 Championships in 2:03.70 ... Set a personal record at the Hamilton College Continental Invitational in the 1500m with a time of 4:31.24.

High School: Participated in varsity cross country, as well as indoor & outdoor track & field ... Team captain senior year ... led team in the 8000m senior year. 

Personal: Ryan is the son of Rich and Ann and is majoring in Business Management.
