2021: Saw action in eight meets where he set personal bests in all five of the throwing events he competed in ... Enjoyed a career-best performance at the Highlander Invitational on March 13 where he placed fourth in the weight throw (13.66 meters) and seventh in the shot put (11.05 meters) ... Podiumed at the Empire 8 Indoor Championships in the weight throw and at the Outdoor Championships in the shot put. 

2020: Competed in nine meets as a sophomore ... Posted a personal-record 10.27 meters in the shot put at the RIT Invitational ... Earned a personal best in the weight throw with a toss of 12.75 meters at the Conference Tune-Up. 

2019: Set a personal record in the javelin throw at the St. Joh Fisher Cardinal Classic ... the throw traveled 23.73m ... Set another personal best in the discus throw at the UR Alumni Invitational ... the throw measured in at 29.19m. 

High School: member of the National Honor Society ... Member of the track and field program for eight years ... Played on the varsity golf team for one season where he helped win a league championship in 2018 ... Recipient of the Golden Key Award as a senior and earned eight Scholar Athlete Awards.

Personal: Jack is the son of Jennifer and David.  A Service Scholar, he is majoring in Accounting.
