2020: Competed in eight meets as a junior ... Placed third in the mile at the Houghton Classic ... Part of the Distance Medley Relay team that finished third at the Empire 8 Indoor Championships. 

2019: Placed sixth and set a personal record in the 1500m at the Empire 8 Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 4:11.15 ... Placed sixth and set a personal best in the 800m at the Empire 8 Championships with a time of 1:59.76. 

2018: Placed fifth in the 4x800m at the Empire 8 Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 8:27.49 ... Placed fifth in the 4x400m at the 2018 RIT Mid-Week Invitational with a time of 3:40.17.

High School: Participated in three years of varsity indoor track, and four years of varsity outdoor track ... Played three years of varsity soccer ... Three time Sectional Champion in  soccer... Two time Sectional Champion in outdoor track 1600m ... 3 year Livingston County All-Star outdoor track ... Led league in 1600m.
