CAREER RESULTS
2017: Competed in three meets for the Cardinals this season .. Recorded a fastest time of 29:12.1 in the 8k this season at the Paul Short - Open.

2016-17: Ran to a season high 4:55.41-mile time while running at the Brockport Golden Eagle Multi and Invitational ... he also managed to run to a season high 9:31.89 3000-meter time while competing at the Deneault Memorial 2017 ... During the outdoor season, he posted a 1500-meter season time of 4:27.87 while running at the Golden Eagle Friday Night Invitational.


2016: Ran in three races for the Cardinals … Had his top 8K performance of the year at the Paul Short Invite, posting a time of 29:12.1.

High School: Ran four years of varsity cross country ... Team captain of cross country team in junior and senior seasons ... Won sectional championship in 2010 ... Also particpated on the indoor and outdoor track and field teams for four seasons ... Won senior leadership award in outdoor track during senior season ... Won out track league championship in 2011.
