2018: Recorded a season-best time of 30:29.4 in the 8K at the Rowan Interregional Border Battle.

2017: Appeared in seven meets for the Cardinals this season .. recorded his fastest time in the 8k at 29:12.5 on 11/11/17 at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Region Cross Country Championship .. Also competed in the 6k and registered his fastest time at 23:01.3 at Brockport early this season.
