2021: Named the Empire 8's Track Athlete of the Year ... Honored as the Empire 8's Track Athlete of the Meet following both the conference's Indoor and Outdoor Championships ... Swept the indoor championship titles in the three events he competed in (800-meter run, mile, 3K) ... Won three titles at the outdoor championship ... Named a seven-time all-conference honoree and named Empire 8 Track Athlete of the Week four times ... Earned an All-Atlantic Region nod in the 800-meter run after he broke the Cardinals' program record twice in the event over the year, but set the current best mark at 1:53.85.

2020: Won the 800-meters and part of the 4x400 relay team that won at the Empire 8 Indoor Championships ... Placed second in the mile at the E8 Indoor Championships to earn three All-Conference honors ... Placed first in the mile at the Nazareth Invite ... Member of the relay team that won the 4x400 at the RIT Invitational ... Ran a personal-best 4:25.28 in the mile at the Spartan Invite. 

2019: Placed ninth and set a personal record  in the 800m at the AARTFC Outdoor Track & Field Championships ... finished with a time of 1:56.02 ... Placed fourth in the 1500m at the Empire 8 Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 51.37m ... Placed first in the 800m at the St. John Fisher Cardinal Classic with a time of 1:58.36. 

High School: Participated in varsity cross country, as well as indoor and outdoor track & field ... Sportsmanship Award 2017 ... Cross country MVP 2016 and 2017 ... Indoor and outdoor track MVP 2017 and 2018 ... team points leader 2016-2018.
