Biography

2021: Competed in eight meets in a range of distance events ... Had a season-best performance at the Empire 8 Outdoor Championships where he placed second and earned All-Conference honors in the 3K Steeplechase (PR 10:03.97) and placed ninth in the 400-meter hurdles with a personal best time of 1:03.85.

High School: Played three years of both varsity cross country and track & field ... team captain 2017 ... Second-Team All-County in the 4X8 in 2018 ... cross country Division Champions in 2017. 

Personal: Adam is the son of Jim and Jackie ... Majoring in Business Management.
