2021: Ran in seven meets on the year … Finished with a personal best 28:41.9 in the 8k.

2020: Competed in both races of the season ... ran his career-best 6K time of 21:30.0 at the Fisher-Rodenbeck Invite for a 12th place finish.

2019: Had his fastest 5K at Hamilton College on September 7th with a time of 18.06.3 ... Recorded his best 8K time of 29.48.8 at the Empire 8 Championships on November 2nd. 

2018: Ran a season-best time of 30:10.1 in the 8K at the Rowan Interregional Border Battle ... Ran his fastest 6K time of 21:56.3 at the Jericho Preseason Showdown.
