2021: Named Empire 8 Championship Runner of the Meet after finishing in first place with a personal best 25:39.5 … Named First-Team All-Conference … Finished 16^th in Regionals with a time of 25:52.7 in the 8k.

2020: Raced in both of the season's meets ... Won the Empire 8 Individual Title at the conference's championship meet by crossing the finish line of the 6K race in 19:08.3 ... Named the Empire 8 Runner of the Year and First-Team All-Conference after taking the individual crown and placing second in the season's other meet ... Named Empire 8 Runner of the Week on 4/12.

2019: Earned his best 8K time in his first race of the year at the Highlander Invite on October 5th with a 26.20.3 ... Placed fourth at the ESF Mighty Oak Invite with a time of 16.41.3 to help Fisher win the invite. 

2018: Ran a season-best time in the 8K of 27:11.7 at the Rowan Interregional Border Battle ... Ran his fastest 6K in 20:24.1 at the Jericho Hill Preseason Showdown.

High School: Participated in varsity cross country, as well as indoor and outdoor track & field ... Sportsmanship Award 2017 ... Cross country MVP 2016 and 2017 ... Indoor and outdoor track MVP 2017 and 2018 ... team points leader 2016-2018.
