2021: Named Second-Team All-Conference … Finished 13th in the Empire 8 Championship with a time of 26:53.6 in the 8k.

2020: Took part in both races on the year, running a personal best 21:20.4 in the Fisher-Rodenbeck Invite for a tenth place finish. 

2019: Raced in eight meets on the year ... Ran a personal best for the 8K at the Highlander Invitational on October 5th with a time of 28.47.9 ... Recorded his fastest 5K time of 18.16.6 at the ESF Mighty Oak Invite on October 19th ... Awarded Empire 8 Sportsman of the Year. 

2018: Ran a season-best time in the 8K of 29:26.1 at the Geneseo 38th Mike Woods Invitational ... Recorded his fastest 6K time of 22:03.2 at the Jericho Hill Preseason Showdown.

High School: Played three years of both varsity cross country and track & field ... team captain 2017 ... Second-Team All-County in the 4X8 in 2018 ... cross country Division Champions in 2017. 

Personal: Adam is the son of Jim and Jackie ... Majoring in Business Management.
