2020: Competed in the Fisher-Rodenbeck Invite where he ran the 6K in 23:58.0.

2019: Participated in eight meets ... Earned his fastest 5K time at Hamilton College on September 7th with a 18.11.4 ... Set a new personal best in the 8K at the Highlander Invitational on October 5th with a time of 29.20.8. 

2018: Ran a season-best time in the 8K of 29:29.8 at the Geneseo 38th Mike Woods Invitational ... Recorded his fastest 6K time of 22:10.2 at the Jericho Hill Preseason Showdown.

High School: Participated in varsity cross country, as well as indoor & outdoor track & field ... Team Capitan senior year.
