2021: Named Third-Team All-Conference … Finished in 15th place with a time of 27:02.1 in the 8k.

2020: Enjoyed a personal best time in the 6K at the Fisher-Rodenbeck Invite as he finished in 21:35.6 ... Named Second-Team All-Conference as he finished 14th at the Empire 8 Cross Country Championship.

2019: Ran a time of 22:50.2 in the 6K at the Rodenbeck Invite hosted by Fisher on August 30th.

2018: Recorded a season-best time of 30:58 in the 8K at the Rowan Inter-regional Border Battle.

High School: Participated in varsity cross country, as well as indoor & outdoor track & field ... Team captain senior year ... led team in the 8000m senior year. 

Personal: Ryan is the son of Rich and Ann and is majoring in Business Management.
