2022: Ran in seven meets on the season ... Finished with a personal best of 27:36.6 in the 8k at the Empire 8 Championship Meet.

2021: Ran in six events on the year … Finished with a personal best 28:40.2 in the 8k at the Empire 8 Championship Meet.

2020: Ran a career best 22:21.5 at the Fisher-Rodenbeck Invite in the 6K on March 26. 

2019: Participated in all nine meets ... Ran his fastest 5K on September 7th at Hamilton College with a time of 18.22.2 ... Recorded a season-low 29.07.3 in the 8K at the Empire 8 Championships on November 2nd. 

High School: Ran four years on the cross country and track and field teams ... Received the Eighth Man Award as a freshman ... Named All-County as a senior.
