2022: Ran in seven meets on the season ... Named Second-Team All-Conference ... Finished the season with a personal best of 26:41.4 in the 8k.

2021: Ran in seven meets on the season … Finished 23rd in the Empire 8 Championship with a time of 27:25.9 in the 8k.

2020: Competed in both meets on the year ... ran his fastest time in the 6K at the Fisher-Rodenbeck Invite at 21:47.6 ... Named Second-Team All-Empire 8 after placing 16th at the conference's championship. 

2019: Raced in all nine meets as a freshman ... Finished seventh at the ESF Mighty Oak Invite on October 19th to help the Cardinals win the invite ... Placed 11th at the Empire 8 Championships on November 2nd to earn Second Team All-Conference ... Had his fastest 5K at Hamilton College on September 7th with a time of 16.53.8 ... Ran a season-low 27.20.1 for the 8K at the Highlander Invite on October 5th. 

High School: Ran four years on track and cross country ... Recipient of the Jim May Award for cross country and the MUSATH Scholarship for musicians and athletes.
