2023: Ran in six meets... Had a career-best time of 16:35.2 in the 5K at the Hamilton College Short Course event... Placed 25th at Empire 8 Cross Country Championships with an 8K time of 27:21.4... Ran in the NCAA Division III Niagara Region Cross Country Championships, placing 102nd with a time of 27:31.2.

2022: Competed in all eight meets, including both championship meets ... Ran a personal best of 27:00.1 in the 8k.

2021: Named Third-Team All-Conference … Finished in 19th place with a time of 27:13.4 in the 8k.

2020: Competed in both meets of the year where he ran his fastest 6K time of 21:34.8 at the Fisher-Rodenbeck Invite and finished in 13th place.

2019: Helped Fisher capture first place at the ESF Mighty Oak Invite on October 19th by finishing 20th ... Set his fastest 5K time at Hamilton College with a time of 17.41.1 on September 7th ... Ran a season-low 28.20.7 for the 8K at the Highlander Invite on October 5th.
