2023: Ran in six meets on the season... Set personal-best time in the 8K of 27.38.2 at the Empire 8 Cross Country Championships... Had personal-best 17:38.6 in the 5K at the Hamilton College Short Course event. 

2022: Ran in five meets on the season ... Finished with a season best of 29:40.7 in the Empire 8 Championship.

2021: Ran in six events on the season … Finished with a personal best 29:22.9 in the Empire 8 Championship.

2020: Competed in both meets on the year ... ran a personal-best 22:26.0 at the Fisher-Rodenbeck Invite's 6K ... Named Fisher's representative on the Empire 8 Sportsmanship Team. 

High School: Was a part of the cross country program and track and field teams for five years ... Named a captain of the cross country team in 2019 ... Was a member of the Sectional Championship team in track in 2019 and again in 2020.

Personal: Jason is a Biology major ... He is the son of Deborah and James and was a high-honor student.
