2023: Named to Third-Team All-Conference... Ran in seven meets on the cross country season including both championships... Placed 21st at Empire 8 Cross Country Championships... Had career personal-best times in the 6K (20:30.2), 5K (16:43.5) and 8K (26:32.9) during the season. 

2022: Ran in four meets on the season ... Finished the season with a personal best of 28:13.1 in the 8k at the Empire 8 Championship Meet.

2021: Named Empire 8 Torchbearer Award winner for highest GPA competing in Empire 8 Cross Country Championship … Finished 36th with a personal best 28:32.1in the 8k.

2020: Competed in both races on the year ... Ran a season-best time of 20:46.5 at the Empire 8 Championship.

High School: Participated in cross country and track and field at the varsity level ... Named the 2020 Victory Sports Medicine Skaneateles High School Athlete of the Year and the Rittenmeyer Leader of the Year ... Voted as a team captain as a senior for cross country.
