Five Fisher Student-Athletes Earn College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Women’s At Large Honors

PITTSFORD, N.Y. – Five St. John Fisher University student-athletes have been named to the 2026 NCAA Division III College Communicators Academic All-District Women's At Large Team. 

The Cardinals' honorees include Maggie Cross of women's lacrosse (psychology), Sam Current of field hockey (nursing), Paige Lasher of women's golf (marketing), Cordelia Wemyss of women's ice hockey (biology/pre-med) and Anna Winters of women's rowing (accounting). All five are first-time CSC Academic All-District honorees. 

The 2026 Academic All-District Women's At-Large teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student athletes for their combined performances in competition and in the classroom. To be eligible for the honor, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore academically, have at least a 3.50 grade point average and be a starter or an important substitute for their respective teams.
