PITTSFORD, N.Y. – The St. John Fisher men's soccer team is one of five Empire 8 programs to receive the United Soccer Coaches (USC) Team Academic Award. The award recognizes exemplary performance in the classroom for the 2024-25 academic year. 

Recipients of the Team Academic Award must be active members of the United Soccer Coaches Services Program and hold a composite grade-point average of 3.0 or better on a 4.0 scale for all players on the roster.

The Cardinals maintained the highest team grade-point average (3.42) among all the Empire 8 men's programs. A total of 296 college teams received the Team Academic Award.

Fisher has earned academic honors from USC in each of the last five academic years.
