Hobart Tops Men's Soccer

GENEVA, N.Y. – The St. John Fisher University men's soccer team suffered a 2–0 loss to Hobart College on Saturday at Cozzens Field.

How It Happened

  • Hobart struck first in the 39th minute when Gabe Smith finished a heel-flick setup from Joe Pariano.

  • The Statesmen added to their lead in the 58th minute on a goal from Quinn Phillips.

  • The Cardinals were limited to four shots (two on goal), while Hobart generated 26 shots, 10 of which were on target.

Game Notes

  • The loss drops St. John Fisher to 0–3–0 on the season, while Hobart improves to 3–0–0.

  • Fisher goalkeeper Parker Stusek recorded eight saves.
