CAMDEN, N.J. – The St. John Fisher men's soccer team opened the 2025 season on Friday with a 4-0 loss to Rutgers University-Camden at the Camden Athletic Complex.

Rutgers-Camden opened the scoring in the 11th minute when Brandon Valeri finished a pass from Nik Grello.

Grello doubled the lead in the 27th minute with an unassisted goal.

The hosts pulled away in the second half with goals from Dylan Pino (54:25) and Miguel Graterol (56:10).

The Cardinals were limited to one shot, while Rutgers finished with 13 shots, including seven on goal.
