CORTLAND, N.Y. – Freshman Sierra Myers had the headline performance for the St. John Fisher women's track and field team in the SUNY Cortland Classic over the weekend.
Myers set a school record in the javelin throw, recording a throw of 34.95 meters. She also met the regional-qualifying mark and set a personal record in the event with the performance.

Junior Olivia Grinnell recorded the third-best 800m run time in program history (2:21.20). She placed third overall in the event and met the regional-qualifying mark.

Freshman Kathryn Hillyard logged the second-best mark in program history in the pole vault at 3.35 meters, good for first place in the event. She met the regional-qualifying standard.

Junior Erin McGuinness and freshman Hailee Garcia had standout performances in the discus throw, placing third and fifth, respectively. McGuinness had the second-best throw in program history (39.59m); Garcia recorded the fifth-best throw all time (36.96m).

Junior Anna Stead placed second in the hammer throw event at 51.48m, the second-best mark in Fisher history. That mark is currently in the top 25 in Division III.

Junior Jazelle McIntyre placed eighth in the hammer throw and set a personal record with a mark of 47.94m, the fourth-best all-time in Fisher history.

Freshman Victoria Rogoyski placed third and recorded the third-best mark in program history in the heptathlon (3082).
