CORTLAND, N.Y. – For the second time this outdoor season, freshman Corinthian Reed and junior Brandon Kaplan set school records in their respective events as the St. John Fisher men's track and field team competed in the SUNY Cortland Classic over the weekend.
Reed placed seventh in the 200-meter run with a time of 21.87 seconds, which currently ranks among the top 25 times in the event in Division III.
Kaplan placed third in the hammer throw, recording a mark of 58.86 meters, which stands among the top 30 in Division III through this weekend's events.

Senior Brady Bishop set a personal best and recorded the fifth-fastest 100-meter run time in program history (11.07 seconds). He also set a personal record in the 200 at 22.33 seconds, the fourth-fastest time in the event in program history.

Freshman Michael Prentice recorded Fisher's fourth-fastest time in the 400m run (49.90 seconds).

Junior Joey Curr logged the Cardinals' fourth-best shot-put mark (14.03 meters).

Freshman Michael Zatlukal set personal records in the discus (44.12m) and hammer (42.22m) throws. He met the regional-qualifying mark in the discus event.

Freshman Alexander Kolpien had a 47.09-meter javelin throw, the third-best on Fisher's all-time list.
