PITTSFORD, N.Y. – The St. John Fisher men's track and field team had student-athletes compete at the Bucknell Bison Outdoor Classic and the SUNY Brockport Invite this weekend.
Top Meet Highlights (Brockport)

Freshman Oren Welch placed first and set a personal record in the 110-meter hurdles event (15.61 seconds).

Junior Ethan Fox placed fourth and finished just shy of setting a personal record in the 100-meter run with a time of 11.13 seconds. He later placed fourth and set a personal record in the 200-meter run (22.86).

Fox also set a personal record in the javelin throw with a mark of 40.91m. He placed seventh overall.

Senior Jamie Schappi placed sixth and set a personal record in the 800-meter run, recording a time of 2:04.03.

Freshman Samuel Burns placed third in the long jump with a mark of 6.60m.

Sophomore Manuel Sepulveda placed first in the triple jump (13.35m).

Junior Bryant DePaull won the high jump event (1.91m). He later set a personal record in the javelin throw (37.72m).

Freshman Alexander Kolpien placed third and set a personal record in the javelin throw (43.53m).

Junior Brandon Kaplan won the hammer throw event. He recorded a throw of 56.08m.

Freshman Daniel Davis won the discus throw (43.96).

Senior Brady Bishop set a personal record in the 200-meter run (22.41 seconds).

Freshman Michael Prentice also set a personal best in the 200, recording a time of 22.75.

Sophomore Nathan Canale set a personal best in the 800 with a time of 1:57.37.
