BOSTON – The St. John Fisher men's track and field team competed at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Classic and the MIT Goron Kelly Invite over the weekend in Boston.
Freshmen Corinthian Reed and Gabe Cromer, junior Hayden Penna and senior Brady Bishop had the top performances for the Cardinals across the two events.
On Friday, Reed moved into the top five on Fisher's 400m run and 200m run lists. He recorded a time of 50.10 (seconds) in the 400 and 22.42 (seconds) in the 200.
Cromer also moved into the top five on Fisher's 200m run list, recording a time of 22.25. Bishop cracked the top five of the Cardinals' 400 list at 50.26.
Penna placed third in the pole vault (4.60m) at the MIT meet on Saturday afternoon.
