ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Two St. John Fisher University men's track and field athletes met NCAA Regional qualifying marks on Friday night at the RIT meet.
Meet Highlights

Freshman Griffin Killian placed second and hit the NCAA Regional qualifying mark in the long jump (6.67m). He also set a personal best with that mark.

Sophomore Manuel Sepulveda placed first, set a personal best and reached the NCAA Regional qualifying mark in the triple jump (14.14m).

Sophomore Hayden Penna placed first in the pole vault event at 4.60m. He has placed first or second in each of the three meets he's competed in this season.

Junior Brandon Kaplan placed first in the weight throw (17.49m). He has placed first in that event two meets in a row.

Freshman Daniel Davis placed first and set a personal best in the shot put event (13.90m). Junior Joey Curr placed second in that event (13.64m).

Senior Jamie Schappi recorded a personal best in the 3000m run (9:38.21). That time was good for ninth in the event.

Freshman Corinthian Reed placed third in the 200m run (22.86s).
