Rollins Wins Regional High Jump for Men's Track and Field

ROCHESTER, N.Y. - The Indoor Atlantic Regional Championships wrapped up from Nazareth College's Golisano Training Center Saturday and the St. John Fisher College men's track and field team finished with 16 points to place in a tie for 13th place in the team rankings. 

Day two of regionals was highlighted by Kyle Rollins winning the high jump with a leap of 2.13 meters. Rollins broke his own facility record with the mark. The junior heads to Nationals winning the high jump in all of the six meets he competed in the event this season. 

Daniel Norris earned few points for the Cardinals with a sixth-place finish in the 60-meter dash. The senior crossed the line in 7.06 seconds. 

Chase Corcoran registered his second top-10 finish on the weekend as the junior took eighth in the weight throw with a chuck of 16.25 meters. 

The indoor season comes to a close next week at the NCAA Division III Indoor National Championships in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The top competitors in each event will participate.
