Host Nazareth College earned a 9-0 win over visiting St. John Fisher College in an Empire 8 Conference women's tennis matchup on Tuesday.

With the win, Nazareth moves to 6-4 overall, 5-2 Empire 8, while the Cardinals fall to 4-7, 4-4.

Seniors Lauren Burke and Katie Pasier had Fisher's best chance of earning a point, but the duo lost 9-7 at first doubles.

Fisher returns to action this weekend at the New York State Championship in Ithaca.
