The St. John Fisher College men's soccer team remained unbeaten in Empire 8 Conference play, as the Cardinals picked up a 3-0 win at Alfred University on Saturday night.  With the win, Fisher improves to 7-4-1 overall and 3-0-1 in the Empire 8.

Fisher's Kyle Metcalfe made seven saves over 90 minutes to earn the shutout.  Fisher finished the game with an 18-14 advantage in shots.

The Cardinals led 1-0 at the half.  Austin Buckley scored in the 34th minute off of a pass from Danny Yancone.

Fisher pushed its lead to 2-0 early in the second half on a goal from Jake Quattrini.  Sean Fishel assisted on the goal.

Joel Castellini added an insurance goal to seal the win.

Fisher will return to action next Saturday at Nazareth College.
