The St. John FIsher College women's tennis team
dropped a 7-2 decision vs. Nazareth College on Thursday afternoon at Mendon Racquet Club.
With the loss, Fisher falls to 4-4 overall and 2-2 in the Empire 8 Conference.
Fisher's Elana Vahl won at first singles. The senior, who won 6-2 in the first set, was swept in the second set, but rallied to win the match with a 6-3 win in the third.
Kathryn Pasier and
Jordan Brungard earned Fisher's other point, winning 8-3 at second doubles.
Fisher will return to action at Elmira College on Sunday.
