The St. John Fisher College women's tennis team opened up conference play with a
7-2 win over Alfred University on this sunny afternoon. The women move to 2-0 overall.
Fisher opened the match with two decisive doubles wins, at both first and third. The team then went on to take five of the six doubles matches. Senior
Laura Hale, one of three women to win both of her matches, earned the deciding point for Fisher.
