The St. John Fisher College women's tennis team won its season opener, defeating visiting SUNY Oswego 6-3 on Thursday. Fisher won all three doubles matches, and earned points at first, second and sixth singles with wins from Elena Vahl, Katie Barlow and Jordan Brungard.
