St. John Fisher University Athletics

Colin McGaugh (Hamilton/Hamilton) of the St. John Fisher College men's golf team won the St. John Fisher College Collegiate Invitational over the weekend as the senior finished the 54-hole tournament at +5.

McGaugh won the tournament by 19 strokes after the Hamilton native finished at even par on the opening round before recording three birdies through the first four holes to make the turn at -2.  From there, the senior carried his momentum in the back nine with seven pars and a birdie to end the round with a 70.

McGaugh and the rest of the Cardinals return to action on Friday when they travel to Atlanta for the Emory Fall Preview.
