St. John Fisher University Athletics

Haley Brust (Hilton/Hilton) of the St. John Fisher College women's track and field team has been named the College's Female Athlete of the Week for her on-field performances this past weekend at the Pioneer Winter Classic. 

Brust had a huge day for the Cardinals as the senior jumped 5.46 meters in the long jump event to not only earn the first place victory, but also qualify for the Atlantic Regional competition later this season in March.

The Hilton native also took home a fifth place finish in the high jump event with a regional qualifying mark of 1.56 meters. 

The women's track and field team returns to action on January 11^th when the Cardinals head to Ocean Breeze, New York for the Spartan Invite.
