High School: Played three varsity sports at Glens Falls High, including basketball and soccer in addition to lacrosse… earned Foothills Council Lacrosse First-Team honors four times, twice as a first-team selection… served as a team captain during her senior season… named a Foothills Council honorable mention in soccer twice… named Glens Falls Defensive Player of the Year in 2024 and 2025 in soccer… also served as a team captain in basketball during her senior year… was a high honor roll student… member of the National Honor Society… played club for ADK Lacrosse. 

Personal: Cara is the daughter of Erin and Chris Harrington… she has two siblings, Cailin and Aidan… her mom played soccer at SUNY Potsdam, and her brother, Aidan, plays lacrosse at SUNY New Paltz… she is majoring in nursing.
