PITTSFORD, N.Y. — St. John Fisher University senior outfielder Noah Pohrte has been named to the 2026 American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) NCAA Division III Region III All-Defensive Team, the organization announced. Pohrte is a native of Buffalo, N.Y., and is majoring in finance and accounting.

Pohrte started in 41 games in center field for the Cardinals this season, compiling 99 putouts and five assists across 105 total chances while committing just one error for a .990 fielding percentage.

The ABCA NCAA Division III All-Defensive teams are selected in all 10 regions and voted on by members of the American Baseball Coaches Association. The process is led by the ABCA NCAA Division III All-America and Coach of the Year Committee.

Region All-Defensive selections were eligible for consideration for the 2026 ABCA/Rawlings Gold Glove Awards. Winners of the ABCA/Rawlings Gold Glove Awards in all divisions were announced on Wednesday, June 17.
