PITTSFORD, N.Y. – The St. John Fisher women's rowing team concluded its 2025-26 season over the weekend in the Liberty League Championships in Saratoga Springs, New York. 

How It Happened

The Cardinals' Varsity 8 crew was placed in a challenging opening heat, which included a pair of teams ranked in the top-15 nationally, No. 8 William Smith and No. 14 Skidmore. William Smith eventually took home the gold medal, while Skidmore claimed the event's silver medal. 

The Cardinals logged a season-best time of 8:54 on the 2,000-meter course, which placed them in the petite final, where they fell to Union College. 

Fisher's lineup included Anna Winters (coxswain), Anna Foe (8 seat), Rhea Malmquist (7 seat), Adalee DiMarco (6 seat), Lily Burke (5 seat), Izzy Haney (4 seat), Maddy Wilger (3 seat), Yan Huang (2 seat) and Coral Brown (1 seat).
