PITTSFORD, N.Y. – St. John Fisher men's lacrosse midfielder Lane Edinger has been selected to the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Coaches Association (USILA) Division III Team of the Week for Week 8 for the 2025-26 season.
Edinger, a senior, joins junior midfielder Sean Donaldson as the second Fisher player to garner USILA Team of the Week honors this season.
Edinger piled up 10 points on seven goals and three assists as No. 11 St. John Fisher dominated Utica and Alfred last week. He amassed a career-high six points in the Cardinals' 18-10 victory over Utica on Wednesday, scoring four goals and adding two assists. He had four points on three goals and an assist in a 20-3 win over Alfred on Saturday.
Through 11 games this season, Edinger stands second on the team with 38 points on 23 goals and 15 assists. He has tallied multiple points in all but one game.
The Cardinals (10-1, 3-0 Empire 8 Conference) face SUNY Geneseo at 4 p.m. Wednesday at Growney Stadium.
